Why? What do you have to hide?
But generally, no. They've seen every possible thing you can think of. A) your stuff is nothing new or shocking, B) they simply don't have the time to be browsing your extensive collection of inane selfies or whatever, nor do they really care all that much.
It might be special, irreplaceable stuff to you but it's just the random crap of another idiot that broke their PC to them.

Something else to try:

Unplug the front panel/power button connector from the motherboard.
Determine which two jumper pins on the motherboard are for the power button.
Bridge the two pins with a screwdriver. This is the same as pressing the power button.

This will only work if there's something physically wrong with the wired power button that also somehow affects the onboard power button. You should also try tapping the onboard buttons fast and hard a few times to dislodge them in case they're stuck. You can't always tell just by pressing them.

Thought: You turned off the PSU when you changed the card and shit right? And by turned it off, I mean you flipped it on after unplugging it to make sure the capacitors drain.
