Tbh I think you left out some of the more known villains like mysterio and venom and carnage and vulture and that's just Spider-Man and you put in people that nobody has ever heard of.

Iron Monger was in one movie and then that's it he wasn't in any cartoons or the like

at least kingpin's been in the spider-man 90's cartoon MTV Spider-Man The Daredevil Movie And Daredevil Netflix

"Iron Monger" is just the name of the armor, which several different people have used throughout the comics. Its original creator, Obadiah Stane, is certainly more deserving of a place on your list instead of those low-profile villains no one even knows about.

And to satisfy your dumb cartoon recognition, Stane was in Iron Man: Armored Adventures.
