Say they figure out a way to thicken the atmosphere on mars so they can trap oxygen on the planet.

But im guessing the gound on mars is mainly just rocks/minerals so its basically just sand? To grow proper stuff they would need soil/dirt so they need organic matter.

And say by that time, earth is already dieing. Do you think the aliens will capture the billions of humans, turn us into a smoothie and then fertilize mars by spraying us into the ground??

Yes, cause if aliens can make it to our system they will have to be super advanced. They'd basically view us the way we view ants and would have no problem stepping on us.
