Because Guam is part of America, they're a territory, which is basically just a state that can't vote. Guamanians are as American as New Yorkers. I had a friend from Guam in college and she had an ordinary midwest American accent

We have Americans in other locations in strike range, Guam is the bigger threat is why they're "threatening" that area. I assume most people on here that know it's a US Base also know that we have civilian populations in that area.
