yeah, I just got to where Near determined Kira is part of the taskforce. Near definitely dropped a bomb on Light really quick.

I'd like mello if he didn't just go grimdark all of the sudden. And his eating chocolate, candy is reserved for L >:(

Man, *full series spoils* Light woulda gotten away with it too if it weren't for that moron. But obviously, every show like this ends up with the villain protagonist eating his words. Fuck him though he's a maniac. The way he handled that woman's kidnapping was pretty disgusting.

Kinda wish they showed what the afterlife was like for those who have used the Death Note.

I think it was just one of those rules meant to mess with people, because the writer confirmed that there was no kinda afterlife for humans, IIRC.
