Like what is life to you? Cargo pants and League of Legends and missionary sex for the purpose of procreation? Gonna take a break from grinding and go eat your well done steak with ketchup but no beer because alcohol is for losers? Gonna browse through some instagram models and call them a bunch of ugly low moral hoes? Gonna tell people how their relationships should work even though you're starved off affection?

what is funny is that I'm probably more conservative-minded than a lot of people here but I used to live like a fucking outlaw. i'm not a religious person but for me to still be alive, there has to be some sort of god looking after me.

most people here are just very sheltered, they haven't seen a lot of the shit discussed actually irl. it is really shocking to see someone judged by the color of their skin if you live with your parents in Vermont or the suburbs in Connecticut; not so much if you've lived in Alabama and Mississippi before.

I actually agree with pinky on several things. CE does hate culture and a lot of interesting things, yes. Books, arthouse films, paintings, and other things like this. BUt I doubt it hates women, and the way they behave. CE usually can't wait to defend a really slutty girl. The bit about cargo pants and LoL made me laugh, though.

CE is full of a bunch of social rejects, and it's a little too small so everyone knows each other a little too much.

Join me on imgur tc, I started actually browsing usersub and posting and I barely post here anymore. Waaaaaaaay friendlier community, a lot more normal people too. And there's a weird but awesome trend there that if you get an image to the most viral section, people will send nudes if you ask.

Plus it's not a dying message board on life support either.

It's all very evident when say, someone posts a picture of a model with tats and a pixie haircut and about 70% of the responses would lead you to believe that this woman's slightly short hairstyle is personally responsible for everything wrong in the world. Like a woman can't have a moderately different haircut otherwise CE's high standards fashion police are going to bring out the sirens and lock her up for not being totally conventionally fox-news-all-american-stepford-housewife-good-looking.

Women and alcohol are the best two things in the world. I don't care for fashion or trends though. But that's my age speaking more than actual disdain for them. (Except the manbun. Fuck that thing!)

I like variations of the missionary position but not just for precreation. Especially since I can't anymore. But we try other positions too. Just happens to be both our favorites.

I don't own cargo pants. Pretty much jeans and t-shirt 90% of the time. When something else calls for a change I can.

I personally prefer rare steak and if I put anything on it, it's A1.

I wouldn't know what instagram is if it weren't for CE. Much less browse it for any reason.

If there's a thread about relationships and someone is asking advice, if I feel I have something to add that will help or give a new perspective I will post. But I don't if no one asks.

As far as what I personally find attractive in women it's not tattoos and short hair. But it's not like I hate women that do it. My wife has three tattoos. Something I would also never do to myself. She grows her hair long because she knows I like it. I have hair period because she likes it. Otherwise I'd shave my head.

And I do find the June Cleaver look so hot. But I don't "make" my wife cook in a dress and high heels. Though that would be so fucking sexy.

I'm probably conservative with a lot of my tastes but I'm not forcing them on others or shaming others for having different tastes. That seems to be the issue with CE more than actually being puritanical.

For the life of me I can't understand young twentysomethings who have given up on branching out in the world and doing some stuff that is not necessarily related to how they were raised or where they grew up or who they associated with.

Are you talking about the white picket fence attitude? Us is better than them, etc? I find that hard to stomach when America seems to be a melting pot of different cultures.
