The Neo-Nazi Leader entered an Alford plea, that enables him to maintain innocence while acknowledging there's evidence to convince a jury he's guilty of second degree disorderly conduct..

The Indiana loser is chairman of the Traditionalist Worker Party who now has to take anger management classes and pay a fine of $145 and was ordered not to have any contact with the woman.

Judge Stephanie Pearce Burke waved the 90 day sentence on the condition he not re-offend for 2 years

He got too close to a Kashiya Nwanguma when he screamed, yelled and eventually punched and pushed her multiple times to get her out of the building where the Trump rally took place.

Judge David Hale said that ample facts support allegations that protesters injuries were a direct and proximate result of Trumps actions when he directed his supporters to "get em out of here" and advocated the use of "force" to do it.

The judge also denied Matthew's request to dismiss the discussion of his party that describes itself as "fighting to secure the existence of our people and a future for white children" which Matthew states is "dying" because of inter-racial relationships.
