Thanks humble bundle, I guess.
Is this even worth installing, though? It's like 48gb and the steam reviews for it are trash tier. I bought it around Christmas for 10$.
The core gameplay is pretty great, obviously has it's issues and occasional bugs, but it feels great. Everything else regarding the PC version is trash. Optimiziation is trash, servers are trash, cheaters are running rampant online and they never get banned, myteam cards are way more expensive than on consoles becauseof small playerbase and 2k blatantly tries to money grab in every game mode. But if you have friends to play against, or if you're just gonna play single player mycareer or GM mode with regular rosters, it's well worth the money. ... Copied to Clipboard!

2K11 and 2K12 are legit two of the greatest games ever made. After that they got lazy in their success and monopoly.

2K is great on console. Dunno about PC. But the core game should be the same. Online is probably shit now

2K15 is the latest one I have, but I do think that 2K12 was when I enjoyed the franchise the most.

I've played about four hours worth or so, as my first NBA 2K game.
The AI is absolutely shanking me Madden style and will score at free will whenever it wants, and drains 3 points like a robotic version of Golden State. And that's vs the Nuggets. Custom sliders fixed this issue, heavily, but I decided to play online and won like 110-95. I played again and won 105-100. I went right into my first match in MyGM as a vastly superior team and the AI had like 45 points by the first quarter.
