The average CEman gets paid over $20/hr or more because the average CEman is in their 30's and a college graduate with a master's degree. Most of CEman have been in long-term relationships, live with their wife/girlfriend, and have a family.

I've made more, but I've also made less, $15 is okay at 40 hrs a week. Pretty low cost of living in my city, though.
