I could be wrong, but I think that impeachment takes place when formal charges are made against the president of doing illegal shit while in office

You can't impeach a president unless he's committed Treason, High Crimes (which counts failure to do his job), or can be removed under the 25th Amendment clause for mental disability. "I don't like him." isn't a valid impeachment rule. If everyone really really hated him that much, they would just drum up fake charges and impeach him. Otherwise, the normal mechanism for dealing with this is to just not re-elect him after 4 years. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!
