Best annual games of the 9th generation. :3

[I made this part as it's part of my imagination but writing this as a joke in a spokesman voice]
"And the announcement of the Phoenix home console/handheld hybrid with two transformable forms (Phoenix Core console mode and Phoenix Wing console mode) and the Phoenix OS for computers as well as a (free) official Phoenix emulator by the Phoenix.
- The Phoenix console comes with the newest state of the art GPU with VR & stereoscopic 3D features and a powerful processor of at least 4.0 GHz, 16 GB of RAM, 500 GB of Memory (or 2 TB for the Phoenix Pro), two MicroSD card slots up to 2 TB of storage each, two USB 3.0 ports. Only $400!
- The official proprietary Phoenix emulator for Windows/Mac/Linux can emulate every Phoenix games at full speed at best graphics with the base requirement of the best GPU, an i7 CPU of at least 4.0 GHz, 20 GB of RAM, and 2 GB of storage. The free 30-day evaluate version will be able to play the Phoenix games at normal speed and graphics and supports accounts and achievements but user interface/dashboard disabled after evaluation. $50 for the Phoenix OS and the complete version of the official proprietary Phoenix emulator by the Phoenix Team themselves. Games developed for the Phoenix console and the Phoenix OS must at least be compatible with the emulated version with slight to no graphics or frame rate issues.

Now you can game the Phoenix anywhere. On your TV, on your computer monitor, or outside your house. Don't have the money to play your Phoenix games? We offer a free emulator for all of your Phoenix needs with 30-day evaluation trial, but you can still continue using for playing games. The Phoenix console, operating systems, and propriety emulator to be released in Holiday 2019!"

I just have a huge imagination and this is something that I randomly thought up a few days ago. I wonder if something like this will ever happen, like someone would make a hybrid system (like the Switch and the Nvidia Shield Portable/Tablet) as well as porting its operating system for computers as an operating system or as an official proprietary emulator.

To be honest, "Phoenix" would be a good name for a video game console, especially if it was named after a video game crash to bring back gaming. Is there an existing video game console that had "Phoenix" as its code name (I feel like there was)?

Still having no Elder Scrolls VI brings it down, but Cyberpunk 2077 almost made up for it
