Any ideas? Bc they are just useless skill sets at high levels. Didn't fallout 4 have some fun perks for speech?

Meh, I'd rather get lockpicking XP. It's almost impossible to run out of lockpicks anyway.

Speech should have had shouting perks like that one mod I heard about does. Although I doubt shouting will be around in the next ES.

No, they are going to remove even more options for character progression and those two seem to be the obvious ones to get rid of.

i felt like skyrim was more "free" than oblivion aside from the lack of spell creation (which did indeed suck)
