People with broken water machines, need clothes washed in the day times, but don't want to be fined for using a washing machine during a drought, people who don't own a washing machine , people who are traveling , people that want to wash a day's/week's worth of laundry within a few hours.

if it does get hot enough outside it works.... otherwise no.
used to do laundry at 2am once though this was years ago.

cant stay up as much as i used to.
