I let it thaw out and decided not to use it. I meant to refreeze it but that was 4 days ago. Can I still freeze it?

Technically you can, but it is not advised. There's no guarantee that the chicken is still safe to eat.

Meat man here. If it's well refrigerated it should be safe. However if you open it and get hit with a nasty smell, well something other than chicken because even good chicken stinks, then toss it.

5 dollars is tnothing. I never take chances. If even one of the times I threw out the food had made me sick I'd have lost way more wages than just a few pieces of meat I forgot about.
