Everyone is always acting like they get cheap flights, and even free flights from Southwest. Are they just bullshitting or what's the deal? They get a hookup with the president?

I'm on this Southwest site trying to book flights for 2 months out, and the cheapest I can get for the 2 of us to fly round trip -- booking the cheapest flights that are in the middle of the night -- is $573.

So we get to be sitting in the airport at 2 am like idiots and get no sleep and yet it's still almost 300 bucks each.

you book far enough in advance.

also never book through the airline's website. I use AAA's website to book flights.

less than $300/ticket is a really cheap ticket already. I fly for work and regularly expense flights that are two to four times that cost.

Again it's for in the middle of the night. Bump it up $200 if I have it at a decent hour. I consider this really expensive. >_>

Poor people need to fly too. ;_;

AAA, that's another thing I always hear "important" people talk about. How do you get in on that? I feel like every other family has always acted like they're in AAA.
