My top 5 in no particular order so far: IT Needful Things The Dark Tower(cheating, but they're best taken as a whole) 11/23/83 The Stand But it's really hard to judge, there are some great ones vying for the top. He noticed that all the alien invasion movies he watched gave the aliens such a technological advantage that there was no realistic way we would beat them.
