It's really fucking badly designed and the world is desolate. Combat is laughable, the story is actually really really fucking dumb, locales are actually really uninteresting and samey, dungeons are samey, magic is really really dumb and useless, I guess the dragon shouts are interesting, for like the first 5 times you use them. Quest lines take too long for their own good that you lose focus on what the quest was even about. And mods honestly shouldn't count towards a list like this. Was not disappoint, and even though I'm still playing Skyrim after all these years, I agree with the consensus. Can't get too mad about the list overall though, since FF 6 and CT are getting the love the deserve. Fallout 3 not only ranking that high but also ranking above NV is a travesty. There's nothing really compelling about the story in the games and you're not "role playing" as much as you are building a team to compete with. It's definitely an RPG in mechanics though.
