 half vertical shooter, half top-down action/adventure game. think Raiden (insert your favorite vertical shooter here) meets Zelda 1. I'm not sure how it would hold up to a new person in 2017, but this was one of the 6 or 7 best games of the NES at the time and is still a great play today. love this game. --- xyzzy ... I played it around 2007 or so. It was quite the pleasant surprise to see how deep it was.

Definitely a top NES game, only flaw is the ridiculously long passwords. But that's not an issue for anyone playing today.
