Because some of the stuff you post is sheer ignorance and factually wrong. For example calling Chechnya a completely autonomous republic and Russia isn't guilty for them persecuting homosexuals. Russia really has nothing to do with their regional treatment of homosexuals. People here kept making fallacious comparisons to the US government and individual states, but it's more like the relationship between the US and Puerto Rico. The US government is not going strong arm the Puerto Rican government on any issues short of a humanitarian crisis. And even then, PR does not have the ability to respond militarily like Chechnya does. You guys were just upset because you have a hard on for Putin and couldn't pin this on him, and certainly had no interest in discussing the religion of the people in Chechnya wanting to massacre gay people.
