This is one of my biggest problems with him.

- leaves his dirty dishes in the sink all the time (this is after the dishes became such a problem (his dishes) that we "all" agreed to start - washing our dishes as we go (spoilers; he was the only one not doing it and still isn't))
- his dog whines all day long when he isn't here and sometimes at night
- turns his music/movies up incredibly loud even after we've asked him multiple times to not turn it up so loud
^ this is incredibly obnoxious when I have to get up at 6:30 in the morning and he does it at night when I'm trying to sleep
forgot to pay the power bill one time so it got turned off even though we gave him the money to pay it
- if my other roommate our I buy chips ahoy chocolate chip cookies and leave them in the fridge he will eat the entire package (like 5 rows of 4-5 cookies each) without asking, saying anything, and in a period of about 1 day before you even get a chance to eat your own cookies that you bought
- his girlfriend is over here all the time, takes showers here, sleeps here, etc. and when we told him that if she was going to stay here she needed to start paying for stuff he said 'they will think about whether she is going to move in or not and he'll let us know' despite the fact that, you know, she's essentially already living here for 6+ weeks at the time we brought this up

this is all I can think of off the top of my head, he does other stuff to annoy me from time to time. other roommate isn't so bad though.

Uses all of our pots to cook several days worth of food, leaves it in the pots instead of putting it away somewhere, gets mad if we throw out the food so we can actually cook something for ourselves.
