no gamefox, not even at home, not even on my own laptop, or on my regular account, and in private mode posting so I dont lose this topic. PS: I just noticed that I have a 2010 sig...ahahaha

Day 26 and 27
Eating very healthy (rice cakes, lean burgers, fruits, special K, subway and possibly a salad) for these past two days. Friday I did my normal sprints (except up stairs) and now my lower calves are killing me. Good thing it's the weekend so I was able to walk/very light jog for an hour...but not anywhere near my house.

Thanks to having my car in the shop all weekend now (****ing smog test) I'm at this girls house. Yes there was "alternate" exercise...quite a few times already. But she left to get sushi and I decided to stay at the complex and get some exercise in. I'm getting hungry though and rice cakes can only do so much.

The crappy part is, I want to get a cheat meal in this week and I didn't, I no longer really want to eat fast food (I love BK but whenever I think about it I easily push that thought out of my head, no matter the craving). The closest thing I have to a cheat meal now is all you can eat sushi and perhaps pasta if I go all-out, but even then I buy the lean stuff so yeah...

I didn't think it would happen so fast, but my habits are changing before my eyes. It's been well over a month since I ate a pizza, and hell this topic has been going for 4 weeks strong!

I didn't think this would be a long post, this was supposed to be a *bump* post, but I have time so yay me.

Anyways, I won't get home until around 5pm tomorrow so my measurements might be off since it won't be as consistant as the past few weeks. I have actually been keeping up with situps this week and my clothes are starting to fit looser.

Ok, rice cake time, I need some food...I really want my damn pasta...and I really wanted to go hiking as well, sigh.

Week 4

Bodyfat - 15.8% (-.45%)
Weight - 164 lbs (-2lbs)

external image

Very ****ty weekend. I barely managed to get about 30 minutes of exercise tonight (take it easy day) because of my whole stupid car situation and me being stranded for a day and a half. I almost broke my chain of exercise, but I managed to pull it off.

When I got home I did weigh myself and it said 161.2 lbs. But I hadn't had much to eat today and I was so craving pasta. So after some pasta and refreshing with water, I was pretty full and weighed myself, about 164.4lbs. But since I try my best to weigh myself when I am not water deprived as well as not extremely full (I ate too much) I rounded it off to 164.

After my walk though I ran home, it wasn't even that much of a jog...I didn't break much breath, this is becoming a joke. I don't want to have to near sprint to get an exercise at this point, or run for 30 minutes before I get winded, ahaha.

I did lose about 1/2 inch from both my waist and stomach areas, so yay! I really need to get my car completely fixed, I've never been so annoyed in my life, I'm siphoning money and time like it's nothing.

Day 29
Morning - Power Protien Shake (400 calories)
9-5 (work) - 3 Rice Cakes (150 calories) + Banana (100 calories) + Low Fat Chewy Bar (90 calories) + Cliff Bar (240 calories)
5-Sleep - Pasta (600+ Calories)
Total - About 1600+ or so calories at the moment. I should've toned down on my dinner, but I made the food and it's good and it's my cheat meal so w/e.

As for Exercise: 6 minute tabata sprints (couldn't do 7), 30 minutes of walking, some pushups.

It's been stressful this past week and I had no time to waste earlier this morning. But now I can finally pass my damn smog test and not have to worry about **** anymore.

Day 31 and 32
On day 31...was fail when i ended up going to a yelp event and ate too much unhealthy food

As for today
Morning - Kashi Cereal (300)
9-5 (work) - 2 Rice Cakes (100 calories) + 1 Bananas (100 calories) + Cliff Bar (260 calories) + Random bar (90 calories)
5-Sleep - 2 boca burgers (400 calories) + 1 rice cake (50 calories)
Total - About 1250+ or so calories at the moment. I feel full all the time, what can I say?

As for exercise, I busted out some tabata stair climbs going up and down the soccer field. It was different. As well as my normal 10+ minutes of jogging and 30+ minutes of walking. And about 100 jumping jacks somewhere in between.

I need to focus on them damn situps

Day 33
Morning - Kashi Cereal (300)
9-5 (work) - 2 Rice Cakes (100 calories) + 2 Bananas (200 calories) + Cliff Bar (240 calories)
5-Sleep - 2 slices of bread (150 calories) + 2 lean chicken thighs (200 calories)
Total - About 1250+ or so calories at the moment. I'm full right now, it seems like a struggle to get to 2K calories unless I want to eat junk food, heh.

As for exercise, 6:30 minute tabata sprints. I've seemed to reach my limit with those sprints. I'm gonna take a few "rest" days in which I will just lightly do jogging for longer periods of time. About 10 minutes of jogging and 30 minutes of walking today as well.

I feel like I'm not doing much exercise though, I really need to look into getting that membership at the MMA place so I can take boxing classes or something. Part of me wants to put on a little bit of weight/muscle, but I'm unsure so far.

Day 34
Stuff happened, got really drunk but no worries

Week 5
Bodyfat - 14.5% (-1.3%)
Weight - 162.5 lbs (-1.5lbs)

external image

I'm still losing around 1.5lbs a week on average so this is pretty nice. It's good to see my bodyfat% went down even more so huzzah to that! Eating 5-7 times a day is definately helping the cause. I can see myself not losing any weight this next week. My body can't continue at the pace it's going at, it was great for awhile when I was improving my cardio by leaps and bounds and I felt like I could power through anything, but I really need to listen to my body so I won't get injured. So I will take it lightly the the next few days, I know my tabata sprints won't be as long anymore, but it's all good.

Now it's time to build a desk and eat some food!

Day 36
Morning - Kashi Cereal (300)
9-5 (work) - Cliff Bar (240 calories) + Bagel (300 calories) + Fluffly bread (170 calories)
5-Sleep - 2 slices of bread (150 calories) + 2 Boca Burgers (400 calories)
Total - About 1550+ calories...finally getting up there lol

As for exercise, my body refuses to do tabata squats and I'm running with limited sleep. So I had about a 25 minute jog + 35 minutes of walking so yeah, I'm gonna pass out and get some Zzz

Day 37 (Recovery)
Morning - Power Protein Shake (400 calories)
9-5 (work) - Bagel (300 calories) + Fluffly bread (170 calories) + 2 bananas (200 calories)
5-Sleep - MEAT (250 calories)
Total - About 1500+ calories...I know I forgot a couple of things, w/e though

As for exercise. I said it before, I think I went too hard the first month and now I'm paying for it. Today is the first Weekday in ages where I didnt' do some sort of tabata exercise. I did run for about 10 minutes and walked for another 30. I did about 50 jumping jacks too.

This time last week my thighs/legs were starting to feel heavy and fatigued. Taking this day off from going intense I'm starting to feel more spry and jumping around more today. I am gonna do the same thing tomorrow so I can be super fresh if possible then continue with the fast pace again.

Let's hope for recovery!!

Day 38(Recovery)
Morning - Kashi Cereal (300 calories)
9-5 (work) - 2x Fluffly bread (340 calories) + 2 bananas (200 calories) + chewy bar (90 calories)
5-Sleep - Fasoli's Pasta Sampler (700 calories)
Total - About 1700+ calories...I forgot raisins or something. But yeah I had a little much that last meal.

As for exercise, same thing as yesterday. My legs seem fully healed so I will be back to sprints tomorrow morning (in about 8 hours). I think the problem for me was that running up steps took so much out of my thighs and eventually they didn't have much time to recover. Hopefully I'll be good to go.

Alright, that's it for now.

If it makes you feel any better, I am keeping track of your topic... just not very talkative.

Keep it up though! Sounds like you're doing good so far!

Myself, I've been going through an exercise routine; p90x. I'm liking the progress I'm seeing... I'm not doing it to get lean, but to try and bulk up a bit (nothing extreme) and keep in shape. Just decided to give it a try after having quit the gym about two months ago... I wanted to try something more challenging. So now, I'm pushing myself a lot more than I used to when I was going at the gym.

I'm just past the half way mark of the 3 months program. I just finished day 47... I might post some pictures at day 60 (and include the ones taken before I started).
