I have no idea what Kony is and I didn't know it was "supposed" to be big.
It was big among certain circles and there was ridiculously overhyped relatively widspread belief across those circles that these people were accomplishing something big and meaningful by raising awareness and money, etc.
Except just about everyone saw another squirrel and ran in the other direction.
