Homicide is just straight up being involved in the killing of another person, and it gets subdivided from there. But the default for homicide is "not a crime." That designation is reserved for murder and manslaughter. There's extra riders on that. .yeah I wasn't being super serious I don't typically use akshually But I've never seen homicide as an official charge. And I've looked up a lot of inmates in this state.
