NOTES

• Never really played Castlevania, and the Mega Man games never grabbed me and blur together. I think the one I rented most was Mega Man 4, but it left no more impression than the other games
• Dragon Warrior series is tough for this specific system. Dragon Quest II is a better game... on iOS, definitely not here. Dragon Quest III is my favorite game in the series... on Game Boy Color. And while I do have Dragon Warrior on here, I've ever played it only once NES and only briefly; mostly only played the iOS port and BYOND's semi-multiplayer recreation of it.
• Final Fantasy, Guardian Legend, Ys I & II, Ultima series... I wish I was in to RPGs before the SNES and played them as a kid, but the nostalgia and reverence is not there.
• The only games on my list that I never played before I was twenty are Metroid and Mendel Palace.
