Supposedly, New Vegas wasn't retconned after all, the showrunners just accidentally flubbed the timeline. According to Todd Howard, Shady Sands got nuked shortly after the events of that game (which took place in 2281), not in 2277 (the year Fallout 3 happened). People who paid attention from the beginning knew new vegas wasnt retconned. It was obvious the nuke came after the fall of shady sands in 2277. this isnt news, it is just kinda sad how mindless people are now, they legit need to be told the obvious from beth/ show runners. there was no mistake made by the show, except for them thinking that the audience was smart enough to understand how time lines work. I along with others who pay attention to the show have been saying this from the beginning. https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/boards/400-current-events/80745547#qp Barber102 posted... im not sure shady sands was nuked in 2277. That very sketchy time line looks like it shows a falling of shady sands, and then the nuke. The nuke could actually happen after new vegas takes place. Barber102 posted... fo 1, 2 and new vegas are my favorite games in the series and I loved the show. Have you heard about the cancelled fallout 3 game? Nothing that happened in this show wasnt going to be explored in van buren. The ncr was supposed to fall, beth has been slowly incorporating stuff from van buren for a long time now. --- Dinosaurs built the pyramids. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
