| Sufferedphoenix 04/17/24 10:04:27 AM #26: | No posture is definitely a factor. I have a boring job so I'm hunched over looking at my phone a lot and I feel it. Only takes a few minutes of leaning back in a desk chair and letting my head fall all the way back for some relief though.
