You're going to have to be more specific, because right wingers have been making this false claim on many different occasions.

And sometimes its even faked. I once saw a video that claimed it was Biden falling asleep on the phone during an interview on a TV news channel. You hear snoring and the reporter trying to wake him up

But it was confirmed to be fake. Someone edited footage and audio together to make up something that never happened
