Delete all mods off the game then reinstall them. If that doesn't work: Make sure you are running a max 135 plugins. Things get janky when your run more than that in FO games. If you have Mission Mojave, delete it and replace with YUP. Make sure you are not running double of anything like weather mods or texture mods. You have DBF, IWS, or Momod?
