Weak to back out of a new job offer, stability for the family, and the parents growing older/slower and kids maturing in a new neighborhood would be healthy for everyone. They also probably owe money on the second house they need to back out of, and the dad quit his job to boot, and all the furniture seemed to be gone in the recap.
