you aren't listening. people are being suspended for inoffensive posts. let's stop with the victim blaming and take accountability. moderations stay up for a year and people are being given 90 day suspensions/warnings for offensives that aren't even offenses when context is taken into account. People are being considered bad eggs when a mod can just go through anyone posting history and decide to mod everything as "trolling" because being sarcastic or whimsical is trolling. People's honest opinions are considered offensive and trolling these days.
