I think this is a more reasonable middle ground than they took with 261 tbh, and the purgatory rule will quickly get rid of some of the worst troublemakers - as well as give an incentive to the milder ones to tone it down a bit. I do think they should've given amnesty for regulars currently in purg to give them one more chance tho, and only applied the permanent exclusion to future purgs.
