It's coming from right-wing infiltrators and smooth-brained tankies. They all hate Biden and the Democrats for very different reasons.This. It wouldn't surprise me, if some of these people get fed with anti-democratic propaganda by russian bots. Russia and other authoritan states use social media to influence/brainwash parts of the population who are receptive for that. That way, they weaken democracies.
