Serie supposed to be way stronger than Frieren and yet Frieren slayed the demon king because of heart not power. That heart being Himmel. The most powerful spell is the bed full of flowers. And that's another thing I love too. Throughout the last episodes, they show Serie as this foil to Frieren. A hardass that wants to keep magic absolute and all about power. But then it reveals that even as much as she scoffs at the fact that Frieren's teacher's favorite spell was the flower spell, she still used it. And even though she had many students she deemed failures, she still remembered all of them.
