Nah, they probably think a country is committing genocide with impunity and another evil country that got attacked by the genociders is retaliating, and that's why they're cheering. Because Israel is being treated normally for once. When you attack another country, you typically get attacked back. They could hate Jews, but I don't think that's the most obvious or likely explanation here.
