Aside from the 3rd women, things have been casual. I work remote, so its eqsy for me to send texts, talk on the phone and go out 0 to 3 times a week. I just spread the days I go out with them so it's not back to back. The first 2 women have things going on as well, so it's easy planning around them when to text, talk on the phone, and date. The 3rd one however admittedly appears to have less going on so she needs more attention.

Not gonna pretend I have a bustling social life. I do something with friends once or twice a month. The rest of the month I'm just not in the mood since most of my energy went to casual dating or my career.

To answer your question though, my career the last 2 months my employer had a dangling carrot (a promotion) in front my face. I had to bust my ass the last 2 months, and will be for the next 2 weeks. I got the promotion, but to give you the short version, it involved a lot of hours I had to put in.
