Those driver's make me far more nervous because I don't know if they'll react in time to avoid rear ending me if they're behind me, or avoid side swiping me if they're to my side. Switch the word 'nervous' for 'angry' and you have my reason for picking fast in the poll as well. Slow drivers will never rear end my car, and I can pass them in the left.
