It's work you do because you want to. You aren't penalized for being too slow or showing up late. You are appropriately rewarded for your work and your work shows quick direct results. Basically the opposite of many people's relationship with their actual professional work. Basically it gives you the dopamine hits of work accomplishments while removing all the stress and downsides that frequently actually come with real work.
