He knows that plenty of people will see this clip in their social media feeds and will not spend the minimal time or effort it would take to look a little more into it and see that it's actually Republicans who are preventing this law from being repealed. Except...anyone who would be swayed by this stupid statement is already smart enough to know it's the GoP's fault. (I'm assuming he's aiming this statement at moderates) Nobody except the Rightest of Right wingers thinks that Dems brought back this law.
