I don't get why an article seems to say "donald trump sucks on abortion, oh and Biden isn't perfect either" is some kind of bad thing?

Is someone not allowed to point out the faults of the two people in a political race? You're allowed to criticize both without it being some fence sitter position.

Because in a world where one side wants to overthrow the duly elected government, ban abortion completely and strip every other right they can find in bad faith, acting like the
parties are equivalent is a dishonest position. When 70 percent of GOP voters believe the obvious lie that the 2020 election was a fraud, the media reporting on the policy of both sides like everything is normal is a dishonest position.

You are living in a world where the differences between the parties are policy driven. The GOP has intentionally destroyed that world. Now the only difference that matters is that one side wants to break the government and seize power by any means necessary, and the other actually has policies and wants to govern.

Wake up.
