I know I'm going to be in the unpopular majority here...but banning guns isn't going to fix anything and isn't the answer. I'm one of many law-abiding, gun owning citizens and it isn't a gun problem, its a mental health and people problem. Taking away guns wont fix anything, people will still get access to them through back-channel and illegal ways and crimes involving firearms will still be commited. All it will do is make it harder for law-abiding citizens to acquire them. Good thing no one with the power to do anything about it wants to ban guns.
