I read shift up had a policy of not hiring any fat women and required the women on staff to do weekly weigh ins. They also had to sign agreements saying they wouldn't do anything that furthered female empowerment while employed there.

I used to work in the hotel casino industry and this old timer was telling me how the cocktail waitresses used to have to weigh in before their shift. Like if the max was 130 lbs how does that even work lmao a woman that is 6 foot 130 and a woman that is 5 foot 130 are going to look a lot different.
