The screaming and groaning effects are disgusting in how they sound like a literally person watching as their childhood dog is being drowned in front of them. That's both the scream of agony from the person, and the horrific noises coming from the drowned animal. Every moment of "horror" audio in Basketcase is painful and awful to listen to, and it happens SO often, because every other seen in some sort of gruesome murder. --- Touch fuzzy. Get fuzzier.
