Topic	Shouldn't we have the Solar Eclipse be a national holiday?

The Solar Eclipse must be a serious hazard to millions of people's eyesight while they're driving or while they're working outside, or on a helicopter or plane, or anything that has the Solar Eclipse in their vicinity.
