Sounds like my old job. Run by all whites in the office and all black or hispanic on the floor doing the dirty work. The 2nd I'm command at my last job bitched there wasn't enough colored supervisors and I'm just like it can't be helped when they willing choose to not promote. I applied for every promotion available and I'd always find out who I was up against. Almost always it was all white people and our staff was nearly 50/50 white and black. Whenever black people did apply they usually got it. --- I put my heart and soul into my work and I fear I have lost my mind in the process ... Copied to Clipboard! |
