Did a lot cardio over the last 18 hours

Ran 2 miles at an easy pace. Quads sore but the actual effort of running isn't hard. Time to increase the distance.

Played 2K on the treadmill for an hour. Averaged about a 3 mile walk. Doing a tournament tomorrow (Still can't get Strava to track treadmill stuff properly)

Rode on zwift without a pacer tonight. Thanks to the cooler weather post-storm it was easier. 90% in Zone 2 which is great for weight loss. May ride outdoors depending on traffic and time. GF's birthday and nephew's baby shower this weekend.

Now going to rest and lift hard tomorrow before my day really gets started.
