That is obvious. He's asking for actual recipes. At least I'm assuming people aren't buying $250 cooking machines just to reheat pizza rolls slightly better.

Oh one thing I've gotten addicted to is fried tofu. You take the tofu block out, microwave it for 2-3 minutes so it releases steam, then when it cools slice it into whatever size you want. Toss it in oil and seasoning and then air fry on 400 for 10-12 mins. If you're using silken tofu (my fav, but more difficult) you have to carefully toss the pieces in a seasoned 50/50 flour/corn starch mixture before oiling them, but otherwise it's the same.

With the right seasoning you can eat them just on their own, or toss in any sauce (chili crisp, sweet soy glaze, thai curry, etc) or soup or anything really. I've often ordered a saucy takeout and made this while waiting for it to arrive, then used it to absorb the extra sauce for a free 2nd meal.

The best tofu to get is the boxed one that isn't refrigerated, forgot what it's called. Also the same thing works for chicken thigh (breast will likely be overcooked), but you prob need more layers of breading and oil.
