| Sufferedphoenix 04/05/24 8:25:20 AM #29: | Thr only way I'd call a dictator benevolent is if he indeed does what's best for his people without oppression but then dissolves the dictatorship and sets up something else before their death. But only after the fact would I call them benevolent cause you never know how it's gonna play out till it actually happens.
