They will just plead the 5th Yeah, but I'm guessing if they're at the point in the criminal investigation where they're subpoenaing US congressmen, they've gotta be close to the end of the investigation phase. I guess we'll have to wait and see how high up the "chain" the subpoenas go. Will they subpoena Mike Pence? Donald Trump? Others in Trump's orbit? Have they already done so?
