I'll 5th 86. It quickly became one of my all time favorite anime. Such a great story and characters.

I'd also recommend Baccano, but Netflix no longer has the rights to it, so it's a pain to find now.

If you're into sports anime, I really enjoyed Overtake, which is about F4 racing, Bluelock, which is about soccer, and Haikyuu, which is about volleyball. Like, I don't care for sports in real life, but those anime got me hyped for their respective sports. Out of those 3 though, Overtake is the most grounded show and has some really great character development as it also focuses on some other issues outside of the racing.
