The two I'd be most confident about would be Sonic 2 (duh) and Mortal Kombat. I feel like nothing represents the contrast between Nintendo and Sega during the 32-bit era more than those two. You could know basically nothing about the Genesis, and you'd still know it had the Real MK experience. It cannot be understated how important that was at the time. Bring back Ecco the Dolphin, Sega.
